Following are Important Meeting & Training Dates for the 2018 season.  Please note...additional meetings, scrimmages and mechanics sessions may be scheduled and added to this calendar at a later date.  Please continue to check this calendar throughout the year.

26- (Capital) Annual Business Meeting.  Mandatory for all members (Cohoes HS-7pm)

28- (North) Annual Business Meeting.  Mandatory for all members. (Queensbury MS-7pm)

March 2018

01- (South) Annual Business Meeting.  Mandatory for all members  (Catskill HS-7pm)

05- (Capital) General instructional meeting (Cohoes HS- 7pm)

07- (North) General instructional meeting (Queensbury MS- 7pm)

08- (South) General instructional meeting (Catskill HS- 7pm) 

12- (Capital) General instructional meeting.  Collect USA tests.  (Cohoes HS- 7pm)

14- (North) General instructional meeting.  Collect USA tests. (Queensbury MS- 7pm)

15- (South) General instructional meeting.  Collect USA tests. (Catskill HS- 7pm)

19- (Capital) HS test given (closed book). Mandatory for all NYSSO (Cohoes HS- 7pm)

21- (North)  HS test given (closed book). Mandatory for all NYSSO  (Queensbury MS- 7pm)

22- (South)  HS test given (closed book). Mandatory for all NYSSO  (Catskill HS- 7pm)

25(All areas, CD groups 1,2 & 4) Mechanics session @ Town of Colonie Recreation Center, (10:30am-1:30pm).  Mandatory for Groups 1,2 & 4.  See bottom of page for directions to site.

26- (Capital)  NYSSO TEST REVIEW.  New candidates continue  (Cohoes HS- 7pm)

28- (North) NYSSO TEST REVIEW.  New candidates continue  (Queensbury MS- 7pm)

April 2018

01- (South) NYSSO TEST REVIEW.  New candidates continue (Catskill HS- 7pm)

May 2018

June 2018

03-Year End Meeting (all areas), 7pm @ Village of Colonie Recreation Center.  Payment of 2019 dues & 2018 assignors fees, election of officers, presentation of Don Willey award, end of HS season remarks.  This meeting is mandatory for all members... all areas!   See bottom of page for directions to site.

09 - NYS HS Championship Tournament Semi Finals and Finals (all classes) @ Moreau Town Park, Moreau (S.Glens Falls area - directions below).  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.  Anyone interested in scorekeeping or announcing at the tournament should contact Aileen Durrant - cdsbassignorbb@earthlink.net

Directions to Colonie Recreation Center (site for mechanics session & year end business meeting:

Route 5 (Central Ave.) going west.  3 lights past the Northway, there is a cigar shop on the right.  (Central Steak and a Dunkin Donuts is on the left corner).  Turn right here onto Locust Ave.  Make next right, and Village on Colonie Recreation Center will be down there on the right.

Directions to Moreau Town Park

From The Northway (I-87): Take I-87 to Exit 17N. Head north on Route 9. Go to first stoplight (Route 197/Reynolds Rd - Hess is on the corner). Bear right on Route 197. Continue to intersection with Route 32/Gansevoort Road. Turn left onto Route 32. Continue to a sign on the right for Moreau Recreational Park. Turn right and follow road into the park.
