The Capital District Softball Umpires Association membership elects a Board of Directors to carry out the administrative functions set forth in the by-laws. Board members are elected to terms of three years each. These terms are staggered so that some expire each year and are acted upon by general balloting of the membership at the annual business meeting. In addition to the elected members, the current rules interpreter and all past presidents serve on the Board of Directors.

Anyone wishing to pursue a position on the Board of Directors should notify the president at least one month prior to the general business meeting to get their name on the ballot.

	Bill Levy, Treasurer 2013
	John DeFlumer, Secretary, 2013
	Jay Miner, Rules Interpreter N/A
	Jim Berkery, Past President N/A
	Aileen Durrant, Past President N/A

Northern Area:

	Bob Bohmaker 2013
	Steve McWhorter 2011
	Joe Pezzullo 2012 *** Serving remainder of John Brownell's term

Capital Area:

	Carl Sickles 2013

	Pete Barron 2011

Southern Area:

	Peter Gustus 2012
